Juery Triporteurs

A Brief History of the Marque

Manufactured: 1921-1954

Etablissements Charles Juéry

8 rue de Jarente, Paris

Manufacturer of commercial triporteurs, including one powered by a sidevalve 500cc LMP engine with a Staub gearbox, as described in a rather entertaining article in Zhumoriste which also describes a remarkable example in St-Dizier fitted with a Zundapp KS750 by Vidal Ortiz. The fastest ice-cream van on earth is not connected with Juery.

Other models were fitted with LMP two-strokes.

In 1947 a motorcycle appeared powered by a 125 or 175 Ydral engine. It is possible they also built motorcycles pre-war, but there is little evidence of this.
